Let’s DETOX! Celery Juice
If you’ve come across celery juice everywhere lately, there’s a good chance it traces back to Anthony William. He’s widely credited with kicking off the whole movement, and he lays out his full approach in his book, Medical Medium: Celery Juice. His advice: drink it on an empty stomach so it reaches your liver first, since he ties a lot of health issues back to how well your liver is functioning.
He’s also pretty strict about how you make it — just straight celery stalks, nothing else. No water, no ice cubes, no ginger thrown in for flavor, and he says powdered celery doesn’t count either. Just the organic celery stalk juice, on its own.
Anthony says celery juice acts almost like a pathogen killer — helping clear out harmful bacteria while supporting your body’s natural detox process and flushing out toxins.
