I spent a lot of time learning which ingredients to avoid and which formulas truly nourish my hair without sacrificing volume. Scalp Clarifying / Care

Shampoo
Keep in mind that I chose these shampoos not only because they’re well suited for my fine hair, but also because they fit my lifestyle. Since I wash my hair frequently and have been dealing with hair thinning, I look for formulas that cleanse gently while supporting a healthy scalp and stronger-looking hair.
Conditioner
Not everyone needs a traditional conditioner. Some people find that a nourishing hair mask works better for their hair. The right choice depends on how you feel about using a mask instead of a conditioner every time you shower. For instance, I like applying a mask once a week.
