Rosemary Water (Hair Growth Treatment, for Hair Roots)
Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 4 whole springs of rosemary
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 whole cloves
Instructions
Add 2 cups of water, 4 whole sprigs of rosemary, 2 whole cloves and 2 fresh mint leaves to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Remove from the heat, strain the mixture, and allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Transfer it to a spray bottle if desired.
Massage the mixture into your hair roots for about 2 minutes, twice a day. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to help prevent bacterial growth.
